Paratrooper Panda
Physics simulation project for university(Skydiving).
When you first open it, the interface displays where you input the vehicle’s
initial height and speed. Once you’ve entered these values, you can press the
‘Start’ button to initiate the simulation. Within the simulation, you have the
option to press the spacebar
key at any time to make the character jump or to
open the parachute if the character already jumped.
Additionally, the number buttons from 0 to 9 allow you to switch the camera’s distance from the character for better view. On the bottom-left of the screen, you can find all the information including the character’s position, speed, acceleration, etc.
On the top-right, there is a control panel that lets you change values and see the immediate impact of these changes.
The work was done for the class only so it’s not the best performing or most optimized project out there, but hay, at least it’s working😆. So for the best experience, it’s recommended to use a Chromium-based web browser (such as Vivaldi, Opera, chromium, or else..) because sometimes the performance is not that good in browsers like Firefox and other non Chromium-based ones.
